Gyrokinesis Classes Offered at Highland Park Senior Center
HIGHLAND PARK, IL (JUNE 2017) – Every Monday from June 5-26, Freedom Home Care is sponsoring a Gyrokinesis Method Movement class at The Highland Park Senior Center, 54 Laurel Avenue, from 10:30-11:30 a.m., taught by Amy Pena of SPYRL Chicago. Gyrokinesis works on opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength.
