Dealing Effectively with Family Crisis and Its Impact at the Workplace
Public Act 101-0221 amended the Illinois Human Rights Act ("IHRA") requiring: Illinois employers to provide annual sexual harassment prevention training by December 31, 2020 and annually thereafter. This is the first compliance date for this training.
The Highland Park Chamber has partnered with several local Chambers to provide this training to our business community. The training will be conducted by the Zacharias Center, and meets the State of Illinois requirements.
