Through games, yoga poses, and making a yummy lunch, your child(ren) will gain life skills to create joyful and healthy habits for emotional well-being and physical fitness. They will explore how limiting beliefs can shift to empowering beliefs. Gaining confidence gives them an internal muscle to employ coping strategies to deal with conflicts they may encounter with schoolmates.
