7:00 to 7:30 – Socialize, view art on exhibit, and purchase journals in the lobby
7:30 to 8:30 – Program in Theater 2
8:30 to 9:00 – Art viewing and book purchases conclude
 
The journal will be on sale for $20.
At this event only, contributing artists and writers will receive their first copy for $15.
All event attendees may receive 1 free copy when they purchase 5.
After this event, books can be purchased for $20 online or at select locations.
 
Note to Visual Artists:
 
If possible, please bring your accepted piece to the event for display
between 6:00 – 6:45 p.m. Large easels will be available; if you are able to bring your own
small easel for table-top art, please do so, as well as a name plate or business cards.
