Join us for an exciting and enriching experience at our Health & Wellness Expo on Wednesday, November 20th, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at StudioOne Events, located at 1799 Green Bay Road in Highland Park! Get ready for a day full of energy, education, and community connection. Dive into engaging panel discussions, participate in intentional movement activities, and explore the incredible health and wellness resources available right here in Highland Park and beyond.
At the expo, you'll have the chance to hear from local experts, try out various workouts, and discover a wide range of wellness offerings. We believe that true health goes beyond the physical, which is why we'll cover everything from financial and mental health to senior care and more — helping you elevate your overall well-being.

Tickets for the public are $10 each and includes the following:
From US-41, take the exit for Central Ave heading East. Continue on Central Ave for roughly 0.9 miles and then take a left at the intersection onto Green Bay Road. StudioONE Events will be on your right, second building in from the intersection.
For parking, continue on Green Bay Road past the parking lot on the right-hand side next to StudioONE Events. At the first light on Green Bay Road, turn right into the parking lot. You can either look for parking in the parking lot by making another right or continuing straight and down into the parking garage. If parking in the parking garage, head towards the back, right corner of the garage to utilize the SW staircase that will lead right to StudioONE. Be aware not to park in reserved spaces. The first three hours of parking are free, and approximately $5 for 6 hours of parking after that. There is also ample street parking throughout downtown Highland Park in close proximity to the venue. Please note a majority of street parking and public parking lots in Highland Park are free 2-3 hour spots.
