As we begin 2019, many of us have established plans and dare I say “resolutions” as to what we would like to accomplish in the upcoming months. In my opinion, a time of reflection to focus on our goals is never a bad thing, either personally or for your business.
No matter the size of the job, it is important to set out on our work with a clear vision of what we want to do or where we want to be, and a concise and stable mission, which will allow us the means to get there.
